Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Assisting Go-To-Market Managers Originals in managing the business success of the categories in East Europe by supporting the development and implementation of a robust category plan, withing the strategic framework set by Europe BU & following the Strategy execution plan.
Key Responsibilities:
GTM:
- Support for GTM managers in their daily tasks.
- Support for a local category marketing plan (GTM plan) in line with strategic objectives for different product divisions.
Collaboration & Process:
- Act as a support / contact person for Sales Managers as well as cross-functional marketing teams for GTM related questions.
- Support the GTM team in developing the category plan and support handover to Sales.
- Support the efficient execution of sample order process.
Commercial & Analytics:
- Learn to build up a full marketplace attitude (all countries & channels
- Support the successful sell-in process.
- Work with available market data to help the team build dedicated product division plans.
- Perform marketplace analysis, benchmark, trend-forecast.

Requisite Education and Experience:
- University student in the field of Business / Marketing
- Experience / previous internships in Sales / Marketing / Product management would be a plus
- Fluency in English spoken & written mandatory (Polish not required)
- IT skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Openness to work with hybrid teams (remote work)
