Your Pivotal Role:

Shape our global future, lead a talented team, and expand our international presence. Represent us externally while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and strong performance across all functions.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Strategic Vision Execution: Define and implement business strategy, monitor markets, and represent the company externally.
• Operational Excellence Governance: Oversee daily operations, manage finances, and ensure compliance and risk management.
• People Leadership Culture Development: Lead senior teams, cultivate a high-performance culture, and drive talent development.
• Global Growth Strategic Partnerships: Identify new markets, build partnerships, and expand the network''s global reach.
• Authority, Accountability Reporting: Legally represent the company and report to the Board of Directors.

Your Ideal Profile:

Experienced senior leader in digital advertising. Strategic thinker with strong financial and operational skills. Excellent communicator comfortable in international settings. Fluent English required, Dutch a plus.
