As a cash collection support you will assist the Accounts Receivable Department by monitoring and following up the status of client invoices.
What will be your responsibilities?
- You will take full responsibility for cash collection activities in one designated country while serving as backup support for 9 other EU countries.
- Conduct online research to evaluate the creditworthiness of new clients.
- Provide general administrative support like maintaining and updating payment records, client correspondence, and status reports.

What are we looking for?
- Fluent in English and in at least one of the following languages at C2 level: Czech, Dutch, French, German, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Slovak or Slovenian
- First experience and interest in working with numbers and data
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in customer contact and making calls
- Team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and a readiness to provide backup support when needed
- Motivated to contribute in a professional and dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with ERP systems is a plus
