The Staff Assistant is to provide administrative, secretarial and general support services to the Executive Director and other staff members in the Secretariat for Evangelization and Catechesis. Contributes to the Bishops'' strategic plan for the Conference. Demonstrates willingness and ability to understand, respect, and contribute to the USCCB mission and to fulfill job duties in accordance with its Catholic identity.**Requirements**:H.S. diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred or a combination of work and education may substitute. Degree fields in Catholic Theology, Liberal Arts, Business, Computers. A minimum of 2-3 years of work related experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access software, event registration software, Content management software, Webinar and video software, etc.
