Werelooking for an INTERN Brand Ambassador Luxury Spanish & Englishto join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong attitude forcustomer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashionand international luxury brands enthusiast with excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. Office: Milan, ON SITELanguages knowledge: Spanish mandatory (B2 - C1) English (B2 -C1) Tasks: Customer relations with Italian and internationalcustomers through phone/chat/e-mail E-commerce and after-salessupport: assisting customers in their online purchases Contract:Full time 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week.Qualifications: Degree and/or experience in e-commerce CustomerCare Fashion and Luxury. Good knowledge of the main IT tools andspecifically of Microsoft Office applications.
