Reporting directly to the Southern Europe Finance Director and functionally to the Treasury Europe Manager, the Accounting and Treasury Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial information and optimizing treasury management. You will collaborate with the Finance Manager and controllers, supervising accounting back offices across countries.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting supervisionSupervise monthly and quarterly closings, adhering to Group standards and deadlinesHarmonize the chart of accounts across entitiesRegularly review balance sheetsAddress differences between IFRS and local Gaap; formalize equity reconciliationsReview statutory accounts and participate in annual auditsTaxesReview VAT and income tax returns regularlyManage tax inspections and auditsOversee Transfer Pricing documentation when applicableTreasury ManagementReview and validate payments, including suppliers, payroll, taxes, and intercompany transactions, with particular attention to rent paymentsPrepare monthly Group Treasury reportsForecast cash flow considering local specificitiesOptimize cash management activities such as deposits, loans, currency conversions, dividend payments, and bank account managementManage access to local e-banking systems in compliance with audit guidelinesIT SystemsParticipate in implementing or upgrading accounting systemsOversee Purchase Order systems across countriesFollow POS development projects, including integration with tax refund systemsProfileMaster''s degree in business or finance, with a focus on accounting (IFRS and Italian Gaap)Minimum 5 years of experience in an international companyExcellent communication skills in English; Italian proficiency highly recommendedAttention to detail and analytical skillsAbility to meet deadlinesThe company Christian Dior Couture is committed to respecting the privacy of its talents.
