Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:The Impact Youll Make in this RoleAs an Application Engineer / Trainer for 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division at 3M Italy, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact:Being the technical partner for the 3M sales force and the Marketing team in the field of automotive repair by providing training to our internal teams and clients through product demonstrations at our Customer Technical Center in Carpiano or elsewhere in Italy.Assisting our sales force in identifying and converting opportunities.Working closely with our clients, mainly body shop groups, to support them in the process of selecting, evaluating, and implementing existing solutions and new products, following process mapping.Developing and maintaining a professional network representative of the market.Supporting the team during main professional exhibitions and fairs.Collaborating regularly with other 3M subsidiaries to share experiences and best practices.Involved in evaluating prototypes provided by our Research and Development laboratories before their launch, to influence their design and launch.
