We are currently looking for aPart Time Client Advisor with a Fixed Term Contractto join our team as soon as possible inFlorence Via Vacchereccia 18/20point of sale.Your ImpactThe Day-To-Day:Ensures excellent customer service and maintains the quality standards required by the brand;Acts as a brand ambassador by representing its image within the store;Welcomes, advises, and assists in sales to international and local customers;Presents the Stone Island universe by detailing its collections;Provides personalized advice by meeting the expectations and demands of customers;Keep the store and the stockroom organized, receive goods, and prepare returns at the end of the season;Contributes to ensuring that all delicate situations related to customer complaints and sales processes in general are handled appropriately.QualificationsKey Qualifications:Experience in sales roles in Fashion Retail/ Hospitality; or interest/study in Fashion related courses - Experience in Luxury and Contemporary Retail environment is a plus;Has an understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs);Service-oriented, team spirit, ability to work independently;Reliability, punctuality, flexibility to work weekends;Fluency & sophistication in Italian and English; an additional language spoken fluently would be a plus;Openness to new technologies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
