Your role
- Lead and mentor a team of D365 F&O support analysts and administrators, fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
- Develop and implement support strategies for D365 F&O, including incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.
- Define and enforce SLAs to ensure timely support to end-users.
- Design and implement a 24/7 global support model, ensuring coverage across time zones and geographies.
- Establish communication channels and escalation procedures for critical incidents.
- Possess deep technical understanding of D365 F&O modules, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and retail.
- Provide troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Stay updated on D365 F&O updates, features, and best practices.
- Contribute to D365 F&O upgrades and enhancements.
- Demonstrate practical experience with D365 Retail modules, including POS and store operations.
- Understand the challenges of supporting a retail environment and contribute to optimizing D365 Retail functionalities.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance support processes and user satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs to track support effectiveness.
Your background
- Over 8+ years supporting and managing D365 F&O and Retail solutions.
- Experience in building and leading support teams.
- Knowledge of ITIL service management practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing 24/7 global support operations is a plus.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills for global collaboration.
