The goal is to minimize service outages with high-quality incident resolution.Problem Management: Prevent repetitive incidents, identify and resolve root causes. Engage external stakeholders if needed and lead the implementation of solutions.Guarantee security obligations across the platforms under responsibility (patching, vulnerability management, hardening) following best practices and procedures.Periodic monitoring of platforms, performance tuning, capacity planning, and trend analysis.Work collaboratively across multifunctional teams and demonstrate decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially in emergency situations.Support a mixed environment of Windows, RedHat, HP-UX, Solaris, Linux, and Oracle databases.Knowledge of automation solutions (Ansible, Big Fix, Git, Python).Key performance indicators:Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.Encourage synergies, harmonization, and consolidation within Network Operations.Support network evolution and new service deployment.Ensure service availability and quality with quick incident response.Reduce incidents caused by changes.Must-have technical/professional qualifications:University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Information Technology.Experience in Telecommunications in a similar role.Good communication skills in Italian and English (spoken and written).#J-18808-Ljbffr
