The role offers full lifecycle investment exposure working from origination and due diligence through to value creation and exit.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport senior investors on deal execution, financial modelling, due diligence, and market analysisParticipate in investment committee discussions and contribute to investment recommendationsEngage directly with management teams, advisers, and co-investorsConduct strategic reviews and assist with value creation initiatives across the portfolioSupport exit strategies and realisation processes for mature investments
Candidate Profile2 - 4 years experience in investment banking, or private equityStrong academic background from a top-tier institutionExcellent financial modelling and valuation skills; highly analytical and commercially astuteProven ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, deal-driven environmentsFluent in French and English; additional European language (e.g. German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or Nordic) is a plusProactive mindset with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
