Job Title: Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead(Craftsmanship | Agility | Location: Paris Experience: 4-12 YearsLanguage: French native or similar Job Summary: We are seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer or TechnicalLead who excels in applying craftsmanship and agile principles, andhas hands-on expertise in Angular/React, backend systems, ApacheSpark, and scalable architecture. The role requires a deepunderstanding of end-to-end software development, from userinterface to data processing, in a high-performance environment.Key Responsibilities: Deliver full-stack solutions using Angularor React on the frontend and modern backend stacks. Build andmaintain scalable, secure, and maintainable distributed systems. Design and implement data processing pipelines using Apache Spark. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align technicaloutcomes with business goals. Promote craftsmanship practices:clean code, TDD, pair programming, refactoring, and continuousimprovement. Lead or actively contribute to agile ceremonies:planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement. Guide and mentorjunior developers; foster a high-performance, quality-drivenengineering culture. Required Skills & Qualifications: 412+years of professional software development experience across thefull stack. Proficient in Angular and/or React, with deepknowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript. Strong backenddevelopment experience, including Apache Spark, REST APIs, andmicroservices. Proven ability to build scalable and distributedsystems with attention to performance, security, and resilience. Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience workingin craftsmanship-based environments. Comfortable with DevOpspractices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g.,Git). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborationskills. Nice to Have: Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, orGCP). Experience with containers and orchestration tools (Docker,Kubernetes). Knowledge of streaming technologies (Kafka, Flink,etc.). Domain knowledge in banking, finance, or large-scaleenterprise systems.ompliance, and performance optimization bestpractices.
