Our mission is to serve fantastic coffee to our customers in our new caf or on the move in our drive-thru. What will I be doing as a Braeburn Caf Manager? Oversee and manage all aspects of the Braeburn coffee operations, ensuring compliance with Braeburns standards and quality guidelines. Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management. Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Drive sales forward and achieve sales targets. An Applegreen Braeburn Caf Manager would ideally: Have previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role. Have a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and enjoy interacting with customers. Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
