CONTEXT The Global Application & ProcessesSpecialist is someone who can effectively cross-collaborate withmultiple stakeholders with the aim to lead project activitiesincluding preparation of deliverables, process design and businesspartners iteration management. Defining the current and futurestate of the Menarini Group business processes, identifying issuesand risks, suggesting mitigation strategies and driving towardstechnology solutions, this person must be: - A talented IT/Businessprofessional who loves complex and high stakes challenges -Determined to succeed by driving timely delivery of end-to-end ITsolutions The role will be responsible for the effectiveimplementation, management and optimization of the Manufacturingand Engineering solutions, specifically focusing on ProductionExecution,Logistic, Engineering (preventive and correctivemaintenance, calibration, equipment commissioning andqualification) Pharma Serialization and EHS - driving internal andexternal partners, configuring and maintaining the system, managingupdates and troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate willoversee technical design, build & test, including theidentified personalization, define technical guidelines &standards, cooperate with Solution Architect & InfrastructureLead for system configuration and landscape setup. The GlobalApplication & Processes Specialist will work closely with thekey stakeholders to gather customer requirements, translate theminto clear requirements documents, write compelling business casesand proposals (maximising the return on investment), and thendeliver cost-effective solutions, tracking business feedbacks inorder to build improvements into future solution requirements. MAINACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Process design: - Mapping ofbusiness processes and analysis of the impact of new processes orsystems within the Company group - Process modelling (as-is) andre-design (to-be) according to predefined goal(s) or changingdriver - Business operating model improvements identification inline with business objectives and priorities - Benchmarking aboutemerging technologies and their potential impact on Manufacturingprocesses, advocating for their adoption when relevant - Act asChange Manager in projects with a great organizational impact suchas operating model review and organizational design/ redesign -Support the Business Key-Users and Process Owners managing thechange, with all the related aspects - Collaborate withstakeholders across the organization to thoroughly understandbusiness needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.Project Management and Execution: - Interact with BusinessKey-Users and Process Owners - Gather and analyse businessrequirements - Design the technical solution - Develop and managedetailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resourceallocations to ensure successful project execution. - Lead orparticipate in multiple projects (draw project documentation,detail project scope, check priorities) - Manage external providersManage relationships with technology vendors, implementationpartners, and other stakeholders, ensuring successful projectdelivery, ongoing support, and alignment with strategic objectives- Configure and Software implementation - Oversee theimplementation of selected business applications, ensuring seamlessintegration with existing systems and processes, while maximizingthe value delivered by each platform. - Monitor project progress,identify and mitigate risks, manage the change requests - Driveuser adoption of new technologies and processes leading througheffective change management and communication - Lead multipleprojects,managing the related budgets, track spending, and optimizespending on the different initiatives - Support Post go-live -Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)Application Maintenance and Continuous Improvement - Performproject lessons learned, gather feedback from Business Key-Usersand Process Owners on the effectiveness of implemented solutions -Identify areas for continuous improvement and collaborate withinternal stakeholders or vendors to address them - Monitor vendorperformance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)- Monitor the Application Maintenance budget and track spending -Maintain robust governance structures for all implementedsolutions, safeguarding system integrity and compliance with Globalstandards and policies Business Applications management: - BusinessApplications lifecycle management (Maintenance & Retirementincluded) - Supervise the end-to-end integration process andrelated roadmaps - Collaborate with strategic vendors and drive thecontractual stages to set up the relationship - Collaborate withInfrastructure teams to support cross-functional integration andsystem optimization JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: - Bachelor orMaster degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or ComputerScience - Eng
