ChargeGuru has a platformmodel and relies on strong partnerships with Automotive OEMs(PORSCHE, TESLA, VW, POLESTAR, FORD) to feed itsgrowth.ChargeGuru operates in France, Spain, Portugal,Belgium, Italy, Germany, UK and Republic of Ireland.To consolidateits activity in Italy, ChargeGuru looks for a versatile JuniorProject Engineer to grow within the Operation team, managingprojects of installation of Charging stations for Electric Vehiclesin Italy; direct interaction with our international Global teamwill also be needed.Your goals ?Become an expert of theinstallation of EV charging equipment: seamless deployment of EVchargers for private and company drivers.Build relationships oftrust and provide support to the installation partners of ournetwork.Become an expert of our best-in-class software tools tomanage the workflow as well as of the best charging equipment onthe marketManage the installers, dispatching the projects andfollowing up until completion, being involved directly in the moredifficult ones and monitoring the simple ones.Pre-sales: study ofpower systems, briefing of installation partners, production oftechnical and economic proposalsPost-sales: management of purchasesand supply of equipment, support for installation partners andmonitoring of installations, management of interactions withcustomersTake part in cross-functional and international projectsin order to grow the ChargeGuru effectiveness in the Italian andEuropean markets.Your profile ?Ideally you have:Engineering degree(bachelor or master): a specialization in ELECTRICAL engineeringwould be a strong plus. This may be replaced by a diploma awardedby Technical Institutes (diploma di perito industriale) plus atleast one year of experience in an electrical design studio.Experience in electrical installations or similar (e.g.: TLCinstallations). Knowledge of EV charging, including technicalstandards, rules and regulations would be a welcome plusGoodknowledge of English language. French or Spanish is a niceplusPreferable but not essential:Knowledge of EV charging,including technical standards, rules and regulations.Experience inelectrical design Basic project management competencesYour skills?Taste for challenges and responsibilities of a fast-growing leanorganization.Organized, rigorous and autonomous, with a strongstart-up mindset.Ability in building relationships, speaking topartners, building trust as main pillar.A keen interest in theautomotive market, electric vehicles, Energy Transition; or allthree.Willingness to learn quickly and loving a job well done!
