Overview: Weare seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher to join ourItalian team within the APM Operations Service. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for dispatching maintenance andrepair orders, monitoring the status of pending orders, ensuringcompliance with estimated time of arrival (ETA) and service levelagreements (SLA) and expediting orders that risk breaching theirSLA. Key Responsibilities: - Dispatch Maintenance and RepairOrders: Efficiently allocate maintenance and repair orders to theappropriate teams (internal or external), and ensure that all tasksare initiated promptly. - Daily Monitoring of Service Tickets:Conduct daily reviews of all service tickets to ensure they areprogressing appropriately. Identify any delays or issues and takenecessary actions to resolve them. - Monitor Pending Service Orders(for interventions): Regularly review the status of pending ordersto identify any delays or issues and take necessary actions toresolve them. - Track ETA and SLA Compliance: Continuously monitoreach order to ensure that it is on track to meet the estimated timeof arrival (ETA) and service level agreements (SLA). Updaterelevant stakeholders on any changes or delays. - Expedite Ordersat Risk: Proactively identify orders that are in danger of notmeeting their SLA and take immediate action to expedite theircompletion. This may involve coordinating with various teams andescalating issues as necessary. Key Skills: - Communication:Maintain clear and effective communication with external andinternal teams, including maintenance, repair, and customer servicedepartments, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.- Documentation: Accurately document all dispatching activities,order statuses, and any actions taken to expedite orders. Ensurerecords are up-to-date and easily accessible for reporting andanalysis. - Problem Solving: Address any operational issues thatarise during the dispatching process and work towards timely andeffective resolutions. - Continuous Improvement: Participate inregular reviews of dispatching processes and suggest improvementsto enhance efficiency and service quality. - Team work: empathy towork and live within a consolidated team.
