The ideal applicant will have a clear communication style, strong public speaking skills, the ability to demonstrate spontaneous empathy, build rapport readily, and an adaptable approach to tailor their delivery to the patients they are training.Working area:Romagna, Marche and UmbriaResponsibilities:Work with a small number of hospital accounts in your assigned territoryWork closely with the field sales team to ensure awareness of patient training needs to maximize efficienciesSchedule and provide 1:1 training to patients, including correct setup and use of the device system, gathering required consents to ensure a positive onboarding experienceProvide ongoing support to patients as required, in addition to the company''s 24/7 technical assistance serviceParticipate in follow-up meetings to address patient and diabetologist/endocrinologist requestsPromote continuous technical training and raise awareness among diabetes teams on managing diabetes with the company''s devicesCollaborate in the commercial cycle and prescription process, ensuring inventory management and seamless handoverEngage healthcare professionals in educational activities, organize local training events, and support during scientific eventsRequired Knowledge and Experience:Degree in scientific, economic, or humanities disciplines, or equivalent education with proven experience in technical-commercial activitiesA PhD is a plus but not essentialValid drivers license (B) and availability for frequent travel within the area and occasionally nationwideKnowledge of English is beneficial but not requiredKnowledge of the medical device market and therapies is advantageousExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, consultative approach, results-oriented, teamwork, proactive, assertive communication skills, and familiarity with CRM systemsWe offer:Chemical contractTemporary contractCompany CarSales Incentive PlanIQVIA reserves the right to evaluate candidates based on domicile/residence and work experience/study aligning with the requirements.
