Who we are looking for:
As our HR Operations Specialist, youll drive the day-to-day execution of HR processes and contribute to building an employee experience that reflects Caracols innovation, agility, and international vision.
Your mission will be to ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations - from managing contracts and onboarding processes, to supporting compliance, payroll coordination, and internal reporting - while helping to implement scalable, people-centric solutions that support our fast-growing organization.
Youll work in a dynamic, international environment where operational excellence and continuous improvement go hand in hand. Your contributions will help create a structured, efficient, and engaging workplace that empowers our people and enables our mission of pushing the boundaries of technology.

Few examples of responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely management of employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, contract management, job changes, and offboarding.
Collaborate with payroll providers and internal finance teams to guarantee accurate and timely monthly payroll execution.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, contracts, and procedures, promoting a consistent and positive employee experience.
Assist in implementing and optimizing HR systems and digital tools, ensuring process efficiency and data accuracy.
Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and internal reporting needs.
Support the team in executing key people initiatives, including performance reviews, engagement surveys, learning development, and internal communications.

Ideal Background:
Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or in a generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced, people-oriented and international environment.
Solid understanding of Italian labour law and HR compliance requirements.
Strong attention to detail, with a structured and analytical approach to managing documentation, deadlines and processes.
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is required
