They establish and manage the site within the requirements and contract objectives, adhering to project management standards in accordance with tk Guidelines. This role includes all technical and personnel-related duties at the site. The Site Manager will coordinate with the Site Commercial Manager to ensure the four-eyes principle in commercial duties.Main Responsibilities and ContentsApproximately 90% of your activity takes place on construction sites.You will independently develop concepts and resolve issues on-site for the construction of electrolyzers and Balance-of-Plant project scope.You will set up and organize a construction site in collaboration with the customer at the project location.You will reliably organize and execute full-service projects with direct contact to clients.You will create and maintain standards for the construction of our products and gather feedback for improvements from the construction sites.You will contribute your experience to support the development of the next generation of our products.ProfileYou are willing to work at various project sites, including longer secondments across Europe & Asia.You have completed an apprenticeship in metal construction; a qualification as a technician or engineer is advantageous.You have several years of experience abroad on construction sites.
