Were looking for an Architect, not just a media buyer or analyst. Someone who knows how to build processes, pace budgets, work hand in hand with data teams, scale spend, and grow revenue 100% YoY.
As UA Lead, youll own paid media strategy across games, shaping launch and scale cycles alongside Creative and Product leadership. This role demands a deep understanding of mobile gaming dynamics, performance marketing rigor, and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities80% User Acquisition, 20% Data Leadership.
Own campaign management and optimization, with a focus on in-app ad networks (AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral, etc.) and incentivized channelsPropose, allocate, and pace multi-title UA budgetsCollaborate cross-functionally to move fast on launches, scale bets, and creative iterationsBuild and mentor a growing UA team over timeDefine the vision for UA data visualization, cohort tracking, and creative testing insightsPartner with our central data team on advanced projects like LTV modeling and incrementality analysisLead core ad monetization tasks: blocking competitors, network onboarding, AB test identification and executionLeave behind operational excellence: processes, dashboards, playbooks, and a trained team
Qualifications
4+ years in performance marketing for mobile apps, ideally with
ad-monetized games
experienceDeep familiarity with in-app ad networks and SKAN ecosystem nuancesHands-on experience setting up and scaling apps via MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava)Strong analytical chopsyou live in cohorts, payback curves, and ROAS modelsClear communicator who can work with some PST hours overlap
