Trademark and design specialist (M/F) 100%

Job description

Management of brand and design portfolios of Swatch Group companies, including:

• Advising Group companies on the protection of their brands and design at both national and international level
• Conducting availability searches for trademarks and monitoring newly registered trademarks and designs
• Filing, renewing, and analyzing brand and design portfolios
• Instructing external lawyers
• Identifying potential issues and developing solutions to obtain protection
• Handling disputes, in some cases in collaboration with external lawyers at national and international levels
• Monitoring processes and deadlines
• Completing formalities required to maintain rights
• Reporting and various administrative tasks related to portfolio management

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent (paralegal) with several years of experience in the field of intellectual property, preferably in an international environment

• Business fluent French or German with good knowledge of the other language, very good level of English (written and spoken)
• Good communication skills, autonomy, strong ability to manage different tasks within deadlines and with diligence, responsiveness, and analytical mindset
• Team spirit, loyalty, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
