Our dedicated consultants assist in finding the best job opportunities through careful analysis of your skills and experiences.We are currently recruiting for an Energy Sector client for the position of Junior Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor Engineer.The selected candidate will be part of the Business Development & Sales team, Maintenance Department, responsible for managing maintenance activities across retail outlets to ensure optimal functionality of equipment and compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations.ResponsibilitiesManage maintenance companies to ensure timely interventions as per maintenance contracts for facilities and equipment at retail points.Coordinate with the team and managers to prepare technical operational schedules for maintenance activities.Oversee maintenance providers and professionals to ensure compliance with regulations, especially concerning water protection, electrical systems, and GPL/Metano activities.Manage the allocated budget and handle administrative activities with contracted companies.Ensure standards are met and work complies with specifications, budget, and quality standards.RequirementsMaster''s degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering, preferably with a grade above 105/110.English proficiency at B2 level.Strong commercial skills and relationship management abilities for external and internal client interactions.Good analytical skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel nationwide.Work Location: Rome, with potential transfer after an initial one-year onboarding period.Working Hours: Full-time, hybrid model.Offer: Direct employment with a 12-month fixed-term contract, leading to indefinite employment.
