Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the Group ranks among the top engineering contractors worldwide.MissionEnsure the performance of subcontracting activities in accordance with the Construction Subcontracting Procedure and project-specific procedures (e.g., Project Execution Plan, Construction Execution Plan, Main Contract Constraints, and Back-to-Back Principles).Main Activities & ResponsibilitiesPrepare, obtain approvals for, and issue the Project Construction Subcontracting Procedure (if applicable), the Subcontracting Plan and Strategy, the Project Subcontractors List, and the Bidder List.Coordinate and verify the clarity, completeness, and consistency of Work Scopes (WS) from Construction Engineering, Work Requests (WRs)/QPLs from Technical Disciplines, and the availability of Construction Schedules and Budgets from Project Control. Review documents as needed and notify the Project Director/Manager of any delays.Manage activities related to issuing inquiries to subcontractors, including obtaining signed confidentiality agreements, preparing Instructions to Bidders and Subcontract Documentation, expediting responses from subcontractors, and logging tender statuses.Conduct bid opening procedures according to the Project Subcontracting Procedure and review the contractual sections of received quotations.Distribute information from subcontractors to relevant functions for analysis (e.g., unpriced quotations to TBE, deviations in commercial terms to Contract Management, Procurement, Legal, Group Finance, and financial data to Group Planning & Control), and track the results.Oversee the phases of Economic Bids Evaluation, from preliminary to final, chair evaluation meetings, and maintain updated offers. Ensure continuous communication with subcontractors during the process.Issue subcontracts after securing all necessary approvals and signatures, and distribute them to relevant functions or contractors.Maintain an archive of technical and commercial data related to subcontracts for future reference.Assist Subcontracts Administration Management in resolving claims or clarifications regarding Subcontract Special Clauses, as needed.Support Construction Proposals during the estimating process, including subcontractor selection, quotations, negotiations, and pre-award agreements.Keep Subcontracts Administration Manager, Project Director/Manager, and the Subcontracting Responsible informed of critical issues and recommend corrective actions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
