Job description In this role, you will help manage European tenders, RFPs, and quotes. Youll organize all tender tasks, work with the sales team to plan for winning bids, and gather information from other departments to respond to tenders. You will also handle the paperwork for tenders, make sure everything follows the rules, and keep track of deadlines. Your job will include looking at past bids to see what worked or didnt, staying updated on changes in tender laws, and sharing what you learn with the sales team and other key people. Youll also focus on improving how the company handles tenders and create reports to help with sales decisions. Key Responsibilities: Work with the sales team to help with customer quotes, bids, RFPs, and tenders. Manage the entire tender process, from initial qualification to the final bid submission. Organize internal meetings to review strategy and terms for each bid. Use Salesforce (SFDC) to store and share documents. Prepare regular status updates on ongoing tender activities. Work closely with internal teams to coordinate responses to tenders. Prepare and organize documents for approval and signoff. Perform other related tasks as needed. Requirements In order to be successful in this position, you need to: Be fluent in German OR Dutch and English (especially reading and writing). Be able to work full-time (preferred) or part-time (4 days a week). Have at least 1 year of experience in sales support, handling contracts, bids, tenders, or similar tasks. Hold a bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field. Be resourceful and proactive, find answers and ask for help when needed. Be willing to dive deep into tender documents and study them carefully. Be able to work independently and manage your time effectively. Have strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Be self-motivated and keen to improve processes and systems. Be able to build good relationships and work well in a multicultural environment. Focus on continuous improvement. Ideally, have experience with Purchasing, Oracle E-Business Suite, Agile, CPQ, and Salesforce.Com.
