We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to join our team at DataWalk. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven expert passionate about data analysis, exploration, and analytical solution design. You will apply a variety of analytical techniques such as graph analysis, geospatial analysis, network visualization, and machine learning/AI to implement solutions for our enterprise customers in the area of financial crime investigation. The Solution Consultant will be responsible for front-ending technical and analytical discussions, presentations with DataWalk customers, and helping the sales team quickly close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, requirement gathering, and translating customer needs into technical capabilities of our platform.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations, presentations, and lead analytical efforts in proofs-of-concept (PoC), proofs-of-value (PoV), and minimum viable product (MVP) projects.
- Support the sales team with RFI/RFP responses, Statements of Work, and deal closure.
- Anticipate client needs and formulate/design analytical solutions to address complex client issues.
- Conduct data analysis and exploration during solution implementation.
- Collaborate with system engineers to identify, clean, and validate various data sets.
- Create evaluation metrics to highlight the performance and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Standardize and automate designed analytical solutions/workflows.
- Develop case studies and provide training for sales teams, system engineers, and partners
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, modeling, and data engineering.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales capacity within the software industry, preferably for a vendor delivering data-driven, analytics-based platforms or solutions.
- Strong domain knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Financial crimes detection and prevention, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), or Law Enforcement Investigations.
- Experience as a financial crime specialist/investigator.
- Familiarity with Knowledge Graphs, graph analytics, AI/ML, entity resolution, and handling unstructured data.
- Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations to both business and technical audiences at all levels of organizations.
Technical Knowledge Required (in one or more of the following):
- Experience with analytics technologies and data visualization tools (e.g., BI tools, Python, R, IBM/Harris i2, SPSS, SAS, ArcGIS).
- Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
- Practical experience with big data, machine learning, and/or advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of graph concepts (knowledge graph, link chart, graph algorithms).
