You will have experience of debt recovery and be experienced in account management. This will include setting affordable and sustainable payment plans or referring customers to third parties who can offer independent help. You will also liaise with and advise statutory and voluntary agencies where necessary.What were looking for in our Income Recovery OfficerYou must have experience of working with the general public, be a team player with well developed communication and written skills, and be able to understand and implement housing law and policies.
