What youll do

Reporting to the CFO, you''ll play a key role in our Finance operationscombining precision, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape our financial processes. Your work will touch every part of our finance function:

• Own general ledger tasks and support monthly/yearly closing cycles
• Prepare financial statements and assist with tax filings
• Manage payment flows and reconciliations
• Drive automation in finance processes
• Liaise with auditors and external partners
• Support financial analysis and reports for leadership

What you bring

Were looking for someone who thrives in dynamic settings and gets energized by building and improving:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics (HBO/WO)
• 35 years of experience in accounting or financial control
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Exact Online is a plus
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and naturally organized
• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused
• Comfortable working in English in an international team
