The responsibilities will span from general accounting to analytical accounting and reporting. The role involves ensuring compliance with accounting and tax obligations, preparing financial statements and declarations, and supporting management in cost and revenue monitoring for the Masi Wine Experience business line.The key activities include:Managing and controlling general and VAT accountingPreparing trial balances and adjusting entriesDrafting quarterly and Directive IV financial statements, including notesMaintaining VAT registers and other statutory booksHandling other fiscal and accounting obligations (Intrastat, Li.pe, Modello Unico, 770)Managing electronic invoicing and related document preservationCommunicating with suppliers and clients regarding administrative complianceSupporting interactions with external auditorsWith the support of external consultants, the role will also involve:Assisting in implementing management control processesParticipating in budgeting and forecastingAnalyzing financial and accounting data to support planning and control activitiesMonitoring financial results and identifying variances from targetsPreparing periodic reportsCollaborating with various company functions to digitize processes and streamline financial flows, especially with hospitality and experiential service teamsQualifications include:Diploma in accounting, preferably combined with a degree in economicsAt least 4 years of experience in accounting or controlling rolesKnowledge of ERP systems and proficiency with Office tools, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Nav (Navision)Knowledge of Power BI is advantageousStrong teamwork and problem-solving skillsThe position offers a permanent contract.#J-18808-Ljbffr
