KeyResponsibilities: - Provide technical direction for pre- andpost-sales support, developing customer solutions and serving as aliaison with customers. - Collaborate with sales and marketingteams to offer application engineering support, including travelingto customer facilities when needed. - Support the rollout of newproducts with presentations focused on technical differentiationand value proposition. - Create and deliver solutions presentationsto enhance sales of CommScopes product lines. - Provideengineering support to regional/global customers and salespersonnel, answering technical questions and acting as a liaisonbetween customers and manufacturing/engineering. - Offer feedbackto product engineering on market trends and design features toimprove product marketability. - Review bid specifications toposition CommScopes product portfolio and alert account managersand product management of any issues. - Perform on-site warrantycertification inspections and provide technical support to resolvewarranty claims. - Contribute to product literature maintenance andsupport sales and marketing with media activities. - Attendmeetings and report on industry standards activity. Requirements: -Bachelors/Masters Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication,Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years ofrelevant experience. - Strong understanding of LAN/WAN systems,wireless, IoT, and building applications. - Industry technicalcertification preferred (BICSI RCDD, SYSTIMAX, NETCONNECT, FTTH). -Proficiency in MS Office, Windows Unix OS, Visio, or CAD Drawing. -Minimum of 5 years of structured cabling system design experience.- Knowledge of local building, electrical, and data-communicationcodes and regulations. - Expertise in local structured cablingstandards (e.g., CENELEC, ISO 11801). - Ability to influence,train, and mentor channel partners and system integration partners.- Strong deal-closing skills and strategic thinking in thecommercial landscape. - Excellent verbal and written communicationskills in English and French. - Strong interpersonal skills and theability to establish and maintain relationships. - Advancedtechnical skill set and well-developed problem-solving abilities. -Must be able to motivate and encourage others.
