Key responsibilities
- Gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with business teams, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of needs and expectations.
- Conduct data analysis to generate insights and strategic recommendations.
- Assist in implementing process improvements and new systems.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior Business Analysts.
Your profile
- Experience: At least 5-7 years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Exposure to process improvement in environments with developing process maturity is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
- Solid understanding of how technology enhances business operations and how systems can be optimized for better performance.
- Experience with BA methodologies, Agile, Scrum, and Lean.
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics CE is a strong plus.
- Self-driven and adaptable.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
- Languages: Dutch and English Mandatory, French is a plus.
