You operate at an overarching level within the Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring development teams align with the Enterprise Architecture. You work within the digitalization organization Alliander, following the SAFe framework. Your role involves making architecture decisions, establishing frameworks and guidelines, and collaborating with teams, Product Owners, Product Managers, and other Solution Architects to guide and validate architecture choices. Your Business Unit You will work within System Operations, collaborating with other units and external organizations like the Linux Foundation Energy to adapt to the evolving energy landscape. You will share expertise with about 15 multidisciplinary teams, working in an Agile manner to innovate in energy supply. How You Contribute Develop architecture facilitating ART development aligned with Enterprise Architecture. Explore and develop solutions, enabling teams to realize them, and facilitate decision-making. Ensure alignment with business value and Enterprise Architecture. Define high-level functional and non-functional requirements. Analyze technical trade-offs, components, subsystems, and interfaces. Adhere to security guidelines and quality requirements. Collaborate regularly with Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, and Enterprise Architects. Your Background You are a driven architect responsible for the ART's outcome, capable of documenting and communicating architectures, engaging stakeholders, and guiding solutions. Ideal Candidate Traits Strong ability to relate technology, business, and information. Excellent communication skills. Extensive IT experience, including software development and architecture. Knowledge of cloud platforms and software frameworks. Interest in operational processes and energy network automation. Experience with application and data architecture, modeling, and documentation. Familiarity with Agile and SAFe frameworks. Certifications in Archimate and SAFe are preferred.
