We are looking for a skilled Senior .NET Full-Stack Engineer to join an international team working on a cutting-edge investor onboarding and compliance platform for private markets. The product supports modules like KYC, fund subscriptions, taxation, and MLRO services. The solution is built for scalability, flexibility, and ease of use by global financial institutions. Youll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team delivering robust backend services and scalable front-end solutions while maintaining high engineering standards. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain scalable .NET-based applications Ensure performance optimization, reliability, and scalability of the platform Debug, test, and troubleshoot production and development issues Follow clean code and development best practices, including TDD Contribute to code reviews and drive team-wide quality improvements Write and maintain documentation for internal knowledge sharing Requirements: 8+ years of commercial experience with .NET Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and MS SQL Solid understanding of protocols, REST APIs, and Entity Framework Practical experience with Azure (cloud-native architecture) Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases Experience with messaging queue systems (e.G., RabbitMQ, Service Bus, Event Hub, etc.) Solid grounding in backend architecture, TDD, and modern engineering principles Nice to Have: Experience with React or Angular Familiarity with structured logging and caching frameworks Proven ability to lead and deliver end-to-end technical solutions What we offer: 100% remote work from Poland (optionally hybrid if preferred) Long-term B2B cooperation (with potential project continuity) Collaboration with an international, agile team Competitive rate aligned with seniority and experience
