Responsibilities: - StrategySupport: collaborate with the HR and Global Communication team todevelop and implement a communication plan and materials alignedwith the Italian plants and HQ Needs. - Internal Communicationmanagement: responsible to work on an internal communicationcalendar for the Italian units as well as work in partnership withthe HR to map and detail the actions related to employer branding.Based on the global communication standards, this position is incharge of developing and disseminating the internal contents (in aproactive or reactive manner) for positive reputation maintenanceand a good relationship/engagement with our employees in Italy. -External Communication: all external communication activities mustbe aligned and overseen by the Global Communication team. Thisposition will support collecting information and proposing topicsto be spread. In cases of crisis management, it should be a jointwork with the global team. - Events: support on the organization oflocal/internal events, always relying on the support from the HRand Global Communication team. - Focal point for the globalcommunication team: maintain constant contact with the globalcommunication team to align key-messages and content production aswell as regionally spread global contents. Besides that, evaluateand suggest local themes for the internal and external channels, associal media pages. Requirements: - Bachelors degree inCommunications or Public Relations. A post-graduation degree in anyof the listed areas above will be an advantage. - Italian andEnglish proficiency. - Desiderable previous experience in CorporateCommunication (Internal communication, Media relations andreputation management). Soft Skills: - Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills with the ability to be strategical, analyzingdata and providing actionable insights. - Strong interpersonalskills with experience in stakeholder engagement. - Multiculturalexperience with high level communication skills to facilitateintegration in between a diverse workforce/culture. - Ability toeffectively manage different tasks and prioritize it based onbusiness needs and resources.
