We are looking for a skilled Engineering Project Manager to manage complex projects autonomously.In this role, youll set up, manage, and conduct projects of significant complexity from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring all project goals are met.You will oversee projects from feasibility studies to full implementation, including supplier management, ensuring effective coordination and execution. This involves ensuring all project activities comply with FDA and European regulations and guidelines to maintain quality and safety in pharmaceutical operations.You will handle technical topics related to project activities to ensure accurate and efficient execution.Effective communication within the team and with clients will be crucial to foster strong working relationships and keep all stakeholders well-informed. Managing various stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, will be essential for smooth project execution.Additionally, you must commit to continuous improvement and stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.Skills that you''ll bring to Ellab8 to 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector and/or related service companies, with proven leadership experience as a team leader on national and/or international projects.Proven ability to set up, manage, and conduct projects of significant complexity, including allocating and coordinating internal and/or external resources efficiently.In-depth knowledge of FDA and European regulations, GxP issues, and technical topics related to pharmaceutical processes, linked with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance processes and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, essential to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with pharmaceutical projects.Proven experience in directly executing engineering projects and coordinating complex projects.Strong communication skills for effective interpersonal relationships and integration within client company structures.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.Why Join Us?At Ellab, you will be able to learn and develop new skills in a supportive environment that encourages continuous improvement.
