About the Role
As a Principal Architect, you will lead a small, skilled team responsible for delivering tailored software solutions to external clients. Youll act as a strategic and technical leader owning everything from architectural decisions to customer engagement and team development.
Your work will shape technical direction and drive business value. This is not a people-manager role in title, but it is one in practice youll be the central decision-maker, coach, and point of contact for both clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional software development team working on complex client projects
- Own the architecture and technical design of solutions, while guiding your team to write high-quality code
- Engage directly with clients, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable technical plans
- Provide mentorship, direction, and alignment for your team and stakeholders
- Take responsibility for the successful delivery of software in a highly collaborative, trust-based culture

- A deep technical background in software engineering and architecture
- Experience leading development teams, ideally in customer-facing roles
