EFI Sales Development Manager - Inkjet Business Division, ItalyEFI is seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our Inkjet Business Division in Italy. This role focuses on managing EFI''s direct and indirect sales with customers and partners in the region.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.Maintain and expand EFIs leading position in the Inkjet market within the assigned region.Engage in prospecting activities, including cold calling, proposal preparation, product demonstrations, customer analysis, and needs assessments to build a robust pipeline.Prepare professional proposals tailored to customer requirements.Maximize leads and opportunities to increase deal volume and value, and accelerate the sales cycle.Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external partners, aligning with our core values.Maintain proactive communication with all partners involved in opportunities.Accurately forecast sales based on realistic opportunity assessments, covering both direct and channel/partner opportunities.Develop and implement strategies for major accounts.Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with managed accounts.Keep account and opportunity data up-to-date in the CRM system (Salesforce.com).Support the communication and execution of Inkjet sales and marketing campaigns.Job RequirementsProven sales experience with a track record of successful deal closures, preferably in high-value capital goods, services, or digital printing markets.Ability to leverage relationships and knowledge of accounts.Highly motivated and dynamic professional with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proactive and autonomous work approach.Ability to develop business contacts at all organizational levels.Understanding of market trends in the industry.Experience in the Graphic Arts or Printing industry is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
