About the Company
A major logistics and service organization in the Netherlands, is currently looking for a Senior HR Functional Manager to strengthen their HR Function Innovation team. In this role, you will act as a process owner and functional lead - ensuring the end-to-end optimization, innovation, and governance of HR systems and processes.
As a strategic partner to both HR and IT, you will play a vital role in incident and change management, data integrity, system releases, and digital transformation initiatives across the HR domain.
What Will You Do?
Functional Management: Ensure HR data quality, manage HRIS operations, and coordinate smooth system releases.
Incident Management: Resolve complex HRIS issues with HR/IT, analyze trends, and prevent recurrence.
Change Management: Assess, document, and lead HR system changes, including testing, rollout, and compliance.
Content Communication: Maintain accurate process documentation and support internal HR communications.
Projects Innovation: Lead and support HR-related and cross-functional system projects.
Process Ownership: Optimize HR processes, align with strategic goals, and share knowledge across the HR team.
