Business Development Manager - Analytics, MilanClient:ExperianLocation:Job Category:OtherEU work permit required:YesJob Reference:ec7302163f17Job Views:4Posted:01.05.2025Expiry Date:15.06.2025Job Description:Responsibilities:Manage client engagement functions and serve as the central contact for major clients, supporting analysis and advising on best practices for benchmarking, client targeting, and performance evaluation, with a focus on Analytics solutions (from credit risk scorecards to advanced analytics and regulatory projects like AIRB, LOM, ESG, IFRS 9).Manage Analytics Pipeline and build relationships with multiple contacts within client organizations to understand and meet their needs.Support, train, and engage in strategic dialogue with main users to strengthen client relationships.Identify opportunities to expand the product footprint across clients.Address issues and concerns in client relationships collaboratively with sales, client relations, development, IT, and other teams.Maximize product usage and promote additional functionalities and upgrades.Collaborate with presales, consultants, and development teams on new client enhancements and feature requests.Qualifications:3 to 7 years of experience in a client-server sales environment within the banking and financial sectors.Experience in management consulting or in companies specializing in Big Data and analytics.Ability to position analytics solutions within typical business environments and industries served by Experian, such as Credit and Fraud risk in Financial Services, Telcos, Utilities, and others like Marketing and CRM.Knowledge of Financial Services products.Strategic thinking and strong client presentation skills.Experience engaging with large clients in a client-facing role.Additional Information:Experian values diversity and fosters a culture of inclusion, work/life balance, development, and wellness.
