The company fosters a collaborative and inspiring culture that rewards personal contributions, with growth and development at its core.We are seeking an HR Analytics Compensation & Benefits Specialist.Role objective:Manage the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) function within HR by supporting the implementation and management of C&B programs aligned with business objectives. Assist in developing and implementing HRIS systems to efficiently collect, record, and analyze employee data.Main responsibilities:HR Policy Development: Participate in creating and implementing HR policies related to compensation and analytics, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.Compensation Strategy: Collaborate with the Comp & Ben Manager to design and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits, ensuring competitiveness and regulatory compliance.Benchmarking: Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to keep compensation packages competitive, providing strategic recommendations.Data Analytics and Reporting: Analyze HR data to generate insights, develop dashboards, and produce reports on workforce trends and compensation metrics.HR Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key HR metrics to identify improvement areas and support HR initiatives.Stakeholder Support: Prepare presentations and documentation for management and stakeholders in both Italian and English.Hard Skills and Soft Skills required:Master''s degree in economics, labor consultancy, management engineering, statistics, or similar.3-4 years of relevant experience in similar roles.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel, HCM systems).Deep knowledge of compensation practices, market analysis, and labor regulations.Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.Knowledge of local labor laws, preferably for the chemical-pharmaceutical sector (CCNL).Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to align compensation strategies with business goals.Vacancy Type: Permanent#J-18808-Ljbffr
