For its Netherlands based office , our client, an international Financial Services structure, is currently looking for a: Junior Depositary Officer - Dutch speaking (m/f) Responsibilities Completion and review of depositary activities including cashflow monitoring, asset safekeeping and oversight Liaising with the management team to build strong relationships with clients Operate as a key part of a team to deliver a client focused, high quality service Direct contact point for audit liaison and provision of audit confirmations Participate and contribute to team meetings Support local and regional management Preparation of local regulatory reporting Assist with the onboarding of new clients, both from a fund launch and fund migration perspective Ensure the timely provision of reporting to the clients and regulators Profile HBO or University degree in business, accounting, finance or related discipline At least 1-3 years of prior working experience ideally in the field of depositary, fund services or bank environment Familiarity with the AIFMD and Dutch regulatory environment are advantageous Team player, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with a high level of energy, motivation, tenacity, agility and ability to work pro-actively Excellent in time management and priority setting Analytical, with an eye for detail, and curious, with a drive to investigate and find answers to the right questions Very good written and verbal skills to convey information in Dutch and English, both internally and externally to clients 1-year contract before permanent
