What does your day look like as a Network Engineer ?
As a Network Engineer , you are the go-to expert in network technologies. Youre responsible for handling incidents, changes, and service requests related to LAN, WLAN, and WAN technologies. You also act as the technical point of contact (RUN) for clients and manage their network environments. With your expertise, you advise on improvements and perform optimizations within customer environments.
You coordinate with Project Engineers who have built the networks, and you collaborate closely with Service Delivery Managers to address questions related to specific contracts or service deliveries. Youll be working daily in a dynamic setting where you and your colleagues manage and enhance large-scale networks. When complex issues arise, you come up with effective solutions and act quicklyboth independently and as part of a team.
Youll be part of a close-knit team within the Service Management Center (SMC). Internally, youll work alongside other experts, a People Manager, a Scrum Master, and a coordinator. Externally, youll engage directly with clients. For larger clients, youll take full responsibility for their network needs, while for smaller clients, youll offer support and foundational knowledge.
