EMEA Sales Manager/Director - Wireless Connectivity

A leading IC design company specializing in highly integrated wireless products and mixed-signal SoCs for IoT applications and consumer devices is seeking a Sales Manager to accelerate growth across EMEA.

This is a new position reporting to the VP of Sales, combining business development and account management. The role involves working closely with customers to secure design wins, managing revenue, and developing the distribution network for new business opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have a technical background with qualifications in electronic engineering, and experience in connectivity/audio SoC sales across markets such as smart home, wireless audio, wearable, and healthcare.

This is a home-based role with travel across EMEA.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of sales or business development experience in the semiconductor/electronics industry
• Degree in Electronics, Engineering, Physics, or related fields
• Knowledge of Wireless Connectivity technologies such as RF, Bluetooth, LoRa, WiFi, or Ultra-Wide Band
• Previous Field Application Engineering experience is advantageous
• Experience supporting reps and distribution partners
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Comfortable working remotely with regular travel across EMEA
