An international life sciences company is looking for a driven and independent Territory Manager to join their Belgium team. With a strong reputation in delivering innovative solutions and equipment for the Life Sciences and Diagnostics sectors, this company is committed to advancing healthcare solutions and supporting scientific progress worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act independently in selling their products and services, managing the entire sales process, and providing post-sales support.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and end-users across Sweden.
- Prepare annual plans, budgets, forecasts, and monthly activity reports in consultation with the Regional Director.
- Organise and implement promotional and marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and roadshows.
- Deliver presentations and product training when necessary.
- Maintain CRM records and provide detailed customer visit reports.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
Objectives:
- Develop strong knowledge of the market and product portfolio.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and a structured work approach.
- Provide timely and insightful reporting to management.

What Were Looking For:
Education & Experience
- Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Proven sales experience in a relevant scientific or diagnostics industry.
- Technical knowledge is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting at all levels, from lab technicians to executives.
- Proactive, results-driven, and excellent at building professional networks.
- Skilled in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Other Requirements
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Valid B driving license and willingness to travel frequently within Belgium.
