Your Role

Are you eager to leverage your expertise as an equity analyst focusing on Swiss stocks to identify new investment opportunities? Do you want your investment ideas to influence client portfolios for higher returns? Are you interested in developing your ESG expertise?

We are seeking a research analyst to:

1. Conduct primary research on the Swiss stock market, with a focus on Healthcare
2. Perform fundamental stock valuation, including modeling
3. Manage company management meetings
4. Develop clear investment cases
5. Become an expert in the broader Swiss Equity market and challenge team members'' views
6. Contribute to portfolio construction within the Swiss Equity team
7. Assess ESG risks and collaborate with analysts globally
8. Represent the Swiss Equities Team to internal and external stakeholders

This role is based in Zurich within the Swiss Equities team, responsible for managing active Swiss Equity portfolios. You will be pivotal in building investment cases for our clients.

Your Expertise

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an equity research analyst
• Bachelors or Masters degree in natural sciences, finance, engineering, or related fields; post-graduate qualification (IMC/CFA/CIIA) preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; quantitative skills are a plus
• Critical thinker, self-motivated, detail-oriented
• Collaborative personality capable of working independently
• Ability to articulate analytical insights clearly and concisely
• Fluent in English and German to support local clients
