Your Role Talent Acquisition Intern
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be a key contributor to our HR team in Brussels. Under the supervision of the local CEO, you will play an essential part in both operational and strategic HR activities.
Your missions will include:
Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering consultants
- Source and assess candidates in various technical fields
HR Operations
- Support HR administration from onboarding to offboarding
- Assist in deploying HR development projects across the Group
- Handle administrative and general office tasks
- Provide regular reporting and updates
Cross-functional Support
- Act as a trusted right-hand to the CEO
- Work closely on all facets of a generalist HR function
- Support daily challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Your Profile
- Masters student in Human Resources, Management, or related field (Belgian university or business school)
- Fluent in French and English Dutch is a strong asset
- Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ready to take initiative and assume real responsibilities
- Looking for a versatile internship in a service sector where HR is a strategic pillar
