Au sein de LO Patrimonia, socit du Groupe Lombard Odier & Cie SA, vous serez charg de conseiller sur le plan juridique et fiscal nos clients domicilis en Suisse.

Conseiller Juridique et Fiscal

Votre Mission:

Conseiller fiscalement les clients stratgiques du groupe domicilis en Suisse, soumis au rgime ordinaire ou limposition daprs la dpense,

Conseiller juridiquement, les clients stratgiques du groupe en matire de droit civil notamment (rgime matrimoniaux, droit successoral),

tre en contacts permanents avec une clientle exigeante ainsi quavec les banquiers,

Collaborer avec les collaborateurs de LO Patrimonia.

Votre Profil:

Exprience professionnelle de 5 10 ans dans une fonction similaire,

Etude universitaire complte en droit suisse, titulaire du brevet davocat un plus,

Connaissance approfondie de la fiscalit suisse (impt sur le revenu et la fortune, impt sur les successions et les donations principalement). Bonne connaissance de la fiscalit des personnes morales. En particulier, got prononc en matire de fiscalit de personnes fortunes (fiscalit lie aux produits bancaires et la prvoyance, transfert de rsidence, fiscalit de l''actionnaire dtenteur de socits familiales/PME, etc.).

Connaissance approfondie du droit civil. En particulier, got prononc en matire de rgimes matrimoniaux et de droit successoral.

Capacit rdactionnelle et aisance avec les chiffres,

Personnalit dynamique avec une forte capacit travailler en quipe, autonome, polyvalente

Matrise des outils informatiques: Word, Excel et Powerpoint,

Matrise du franais et de langlais, lallemand un plus,

Domicile en Suisse
