Our business in The Netherlands is thriving and we are looking for a Junior Depositary Officer to join our precious Depositary services team. CSC Netherlands is renowned by clients and the market for its relentlessness to deliver exceptional service. CSC Depositary is part of CSC Netherlands and its main responsibility is to properly monitor the investment funds cashflow in line with financial regulations in order to safeguard the interests of the investors of the fund. This role will give you exposure to all aspects of the Depositary business and the successful candidate will be an integral part of the team working directly with the Depositary management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completion and review of depositary activities including cashflow monitoring, asset safekeeping and oversight
• Liaising with the management team to build strong relationships with clients
• Operate as a key part of a team to deliver a client focused, high quality service
• Direct contact point for audit liaison and provision of audit confirmations
• Participate and contribute to team meetings
• Support local and regional management
• Preparation of local regulatory reporting
• Assist with the onboarding of new clients, both from a fund launch and fund migration perspective
• Ensure the timely provision of reporting to the clients and regulators

Qualification / Experience required:

• HBO or University degree in business, accounting, finance or related discipline
• At least 1-3 years of prior working experience ideally in the field of depositary, fund services or bank environment
• Familiarity with the AIFMD and Dutch regulatory environment are advantageous
• Teamplayer, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with a high level of energy, motivation, tenacity, agility and ability to work pro-actively
• Excellent in time management and priority setting
• Analytical, with an eye for detail, and curious, with a drive to investigate and find answers to the right questions
• Very good written and verbal skills to convey information in Dutch and English, both internally and externally to clients
