This is your chance to lead a groundbreaking product line that''s revolutionising R&D and bringing treatments to patients months earlier. &##128161; Why This Role Matters Youll lead two key AI-enabled products that are saving time, accelerating drug development, and empowering our R&D teams to focus on innovation and science. &##128100; What Youll Do As the Digital Product Line Owner, youll serve two major functions: Strategic product leadership: Act as the CEO of your digital product lineshaping vision, driving execution, and leading a top-tier team. Change leadership in the R&D Accelerator: Help define and embed an agile, innovation-focused culture across the organization. &##128295; Key Responsibilities Define and deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Oversee the full product lifecyclefrom ideation to launch to continuous improvement. Prioritize features, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologies. Build and mentor a high-performing team of product and engineering professionals. Ensure products are differentiated and packed with impactful features. Measure and report business impact to executive stakeholders. Partner with People & Culture to recruit and develop diverse talent. Share best practices and drive reuse across digital products. &##127919; What You Bring Proven leadership in fast-paced, tech or R&D environments. Deep experience across the full product lifecycle and Agile methods. Familiarity with AI/ML and their potential to elevate R&D. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
