About this roleYou are one of the key drivers within the organization to ensurehealth and safety requirements are embedded in our processes in theNetherlands. In this role you are responsible for but not limitedto: These are some of the key ingredients to the role: Identify andlead implementation to ensure compliance with local OccupationalHealth and Safety legislation requirements. Ensure implementationof local HSSE Policy aligned with Corporate HSSE Policy, Standardsand Programs. Facilitate the completion of national RI&E.Conduct Health and Safety audits to ensure compliance to ourprocesses, SOPs and control measures are put in place to eliminateor mitigate identified risks. Ensuring effectiveness of identifiedcontrol measures through a monitoring and measurement program. Setobjectives and targets for Health and Safety performanceimprovement. Manage Health and Safety related training programsnationally, incl. the compilation of a training needs analysis andmatrix, content development/ translations, calendar management andparticipation tracking. Ensure Health and Safety incidents arereported and investigated and provide guidance and support toensure Corrective and Preventive Measures are identified andallocated to relevant stakeholders to prevent incidents recurrence.Ensure timely accurate reporting of Health and Safety incidents torelevant authorities. Ensure annual Health and Safety KPIs are metand identify improvement opportunities Drive behavior-based safetywithin the operations in order to create and establish the desiredsafety culture. Embedding HSSE processes to develop a high level ofsafety maturity. What will you bring to the table? OccupationalHealth and Safety and an Environmental Certification FluencyEnglish and Dutch is a plus Knowledge and experience inimplementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standards- a big plus!Ability to build good relationships with internal and externalstakeholders. Readiness to design processes and initiate them fromscratch. Influencing through collaboration capability - working inmatrix organizations Tertiary level/ higher level education in arelevant field.- A must Experience working in global environment -plus Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau platforms isconsidered a strong advantage.
