The opportunity: In qualit diSpecialist, in particolare del team di Roma Eur, potrai eccellere eapprezzare questa posizione se sarai pronto/a a gestire le seguentiattivit: : Gestire a 360 il tuo Floor, corrispondente a uno o pidi uno dei 4 assi merceologici presenti nei nostri Store (make:up,skincare, fragranze, Sephora Collection) : Sostenere lacomunicazione tra Store Manager e il team di Beauty Advisor :Supportare i Manager nelle attivit quotidiane, contribuendoattivamente alla progettazione della strategia commerciale e HRdello Store : Monitorare e analizzare i KPIs del team e animarlo alfine di raggiungere i risultati : Coordinare le attivitcommerciali e organizzative (animazioni, eventi, nuovi lanci,campagne CRM, etc.) : Gestire il magazzino mantenendo il correttolivello di stock nel rispetto dei cicli di riassortimento delprodotto e delle strategie merchandising : Applicare le procedureaziendali (regolamenti, procedure di sicurezza) e politichecommerciali (prezzi, promozioni, comunicazione) stabilite daiservizi centrali stylemargin:bottom:11.0px: : Formare i New Joinersed accompagnarli nel loro percorso di crescita e sviluppo incollaborazione con i Manager Chi stiamo ricercando:stylemargin:bottom:11.0px: : Esperienza di almeno 3/4 anni in ruolianaloghi (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, KeyHolder), preferibilmente in contesti Retail multinazionalidinamici. : Conoscenza dei principali KPIs del commercio,confidenza nella gestione di budget, analisi e report quotidiani :Alta predisposizione nella gestione di un team, guidandolo versogli obiettivi e creando un virtuoso spirito di squadra : Dinamismo,flessibilit, resilienza Come essere di successo nel ruolo e inSephora: Rimanendo orientat* ai risultati e proattiv* in questoambiente dinamico, contribuirai al successo di Sephora.
